Fit-Out For Physical Therapy

 Converted an old and dated dry cleaners into a welcoming physical therapy center and treatment office in a prominent retail location. Improved on conceptional floorplan providing a high-end feel.

  Installed finished walls to a higher ceiling, installed new drop ceiling, handicap accessible ADA treatment rooms kitchen and bathroom. Oversaw new HVAC installation, new exhaust ventilation, new mop sink at storage closet.  

  Completed with new rubber flooring, cabinetry, mirrors, shelving, doors, black hardware, painted throughout and unpacked furniture. Installed new outlets, LED overhead and automatic lighting and transparency interior window for natural lighting.

Client required a semi-private reception area space to recieve clients and deliveries spearate from their currently open space break room and employee cubicles.   They wanted a shiplap wood wall for their interior signage. 

  Installed new shiplap signage wall with power to meet client's vision of a floor that continues to the wall look. Provided cabinetry and countertop area for efficient receipt of packages. Created reception area with secure double entryway glass doors.

  Replaced VCT floor with matching carpet tile to delineate breakroom from work space. Provided half wall with matching cabinetry and counters. Performed renovations in two weeks over winter holidays as to minimize client disruptions .  

  Converted an older traditional multi-office layout with multiple offices and a long corridor to be an open and inviting fitness lab and intensive cardiac rehab. Gutted all the walls, drop ceilings, exposed concreate beams and salvaged doors and diffusers to provide client value.

  Completed with new hanging pendant lighting, painted ceiling, ducts and opened up for natural light throughout. Added new outlets, mirrors, interior window wall,glass door access to conference room. Provided distinguished reception area, functional office & storage closet. 

    Equipped intensive cardiac rehab institute with training center to meet data cabling webinar video and demo kitchen needs. Provided plank flooring, LED lighting, acoustical upgrades including high end drop ceiling and glass sound improvements between conference room and fitness lab. 

 Converted single use office to office and multi-family apartments. Removed wallpaper, cabinetry, dark doors and sea green carpet and walls to open the place up. Coordinated new larger plumbing lines and new electrical and water meters and panel upgrades throughout for increased loads required to convert to multiuse building. 

 Installed LVL header for an open floorplan. Saw cut in forplumbing below sab for new sanitary lines. Added multiple drywall sheets at ceiling for fire-proofing and brick frinshed an obsolete exterior door. Rewired throughout, installed new cabinetry, lighting, drop ceiling and carpet tile floor. Protected new finishes throughout project.

 Finished with granite counter tops, interior glass doors. Provided customer accessible ADA compliant bathroom, water fountains and mop sink. Added full size breakroom. Installed interior and exterior signage at multiple locations. Provided power to new lighting, exterior sign and patched and re-stripped parking lot.

  Transformed neglected office suite floor to multiple residential apartments.  Revamped dark wood closets, trim and window dressings.  Upgraded stained drop ceiling to drywall with down LED  lighting and new electrical outlets.

   Completed with down lighting, luxury plank flooring, kitchen sink, stainless steel appliances and cabinetry with matching hardware. Added new window large windows at apartment master bedrooms, new windowsills throughout. Rebuilt deck, egress stairs and new exterior doors.

 Equipped apartments with new full bathrooms with accent tile, exhaust vent, mirror, sink, and toilet.  Procured vanity lighting and matching bath accessories. Coordinated separate metered water and electric. Added laundry room with washer and dryers and fire rated entry doors at every unit.
